Silent auction fundraisers need not be stand-alone events. They can be incorporated into a pub night, car rally, sock hop or high-end fundraiser. No matter what type of fundraising event you select, food and beverages are an integral part of the evening.

Pub Night

The price of a ticket normally includes a burger/fires OR pasta/salad with a pint of beer, glass of wine or highball.

Car Rally

Car rallies are similar to scavenger hunts except you and your co-pilot locate items while driving your car. With drivers completing the scavenger hunt and arriving at the venue at different times, a buffet set up with a cash bar is a great "help yourself when you arrive" scenario.

Sock Hop

In the "good old days" of a sock hop a midnight buffet was normally served. You could, however, have a potluck dinner in the school gymnasium or community hall. This is an inexpenseive and delicious way to go!

High-End Fundraiser

A sit down, three-course dinner is the norm for this type of fundraiser. People can peruse the silent auction tables and check on their bids between courses!
